We are looking for an Exhibitions & Events Operations / Sales Manager (Rigging/Lighting/Audio Visual).
Upright Projects is a Rigging & Lighting supplier to the Exhibition & Events industry Australia Wide.
Due to continued growth, we have an opening for an experienced, dynamic and results driven Sales & Operations manager who can oversee our projects from start to finish.
The position would be based in our Yatala office in Qld, but would require some travel depending on individual project requirements.
The responsibilities of the role would include:
Develop and maintain relationships with our current clients, as well as actively seek new opportunities
Provide sales quotations and recommendations based on client requirements
Monitor and report on monthly sales and operation statistics against budgets and targets
Visit site installations as required to ensure customer satisfaction
Manage the logisitics of each event to ensure all resources are allocated and booked as required
The preferred applicant will have the following attributes:
4 years experience in the Rigging / Lighting / Staging / AV Hire industry
2 years experience in overseeing crew & dealing with clients
Good understanding of exhibition & event rigging & lighting procedures
Ability to work onsite as required
Rigging ticket preferred
EWP & Forklift ticket preferred
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Salary is negotiable based on experience and your ability to produce results.
